The S|Taircase Workout

All you need is a staircase for this full body workout!

It’s January, and although your resolve to get fit may be strong, you resolve to stay warm may be stronger. Here’s a workout you can do without even leaving the house. It’s quick, easy and works your full body.

There’s no reason you can’t do this workout – unless you don’t have a staircase in your house, then that’s a pretty good reason. Give it a try and let me know what you think!

The S|Taircase Workout

Step-up – single step – 5 right/5 left

Push-up – 5

Step-up  – 5 right/5 left

Plank knee-ins – 10 total

Step-up – double step – 10 total

Plank shoulder shuffle – 5 right/5 left

Step-up – single step – 5 right/5 left

Dips – 10 total

Step-up – double step – 10 total

Plank hold – 30 second

Step-up – single step – 5 right/5 left

Repeat 3+ times

If you’re looking for more of a challenge, add weights, increase reps, and/or step onto a higher step.

Short on time? Just do a round here and there throughout your day. Every little bit helps!
