Burpees and Beer – Tomorrow!

We can’t wait to see you all tomorrow for our first event! Everyone is welcome to join us tomorrow at Centennial Park (Nashville, TN) at 3 p.m. for a free workout. Then we’re moving our party to South Street for drinks.

Meet in front of the Parthenon for an all-levels workout, consisting of:


Form Review: Lunges, Squats, Push-ups and Planks – we will show you the basics and check your form.

The Workout: A circuit-style workout that will have modifications for every level.

Abs and A$$: A special focus on exercises meant to target the two most common problem areas.

Q&A: Your chance to ask about specific exercises to address your needs.



*If you can only make it to the social hour, plan to meet us at South Street around 4:30/5.

The workout is on us, drinks are on you!
