Busy Busy week, as they all seem to be lately! With that said todays post are workouts that can be done in 20 minutes and at home or anywhere you choose.
I love MetCon workouts because they allow you to get a high intensity workout in relatively short amount of time.
Here are a few of my favorite MetCon’s
10 Burpees with a pushup
10 Reverse Lunges (5/leg)
10 Rounds for time- no or minimal rest in between
10 Box Jumps (or toe taps)
10 Push Ups
10 Air Squats ( make jump squat for more intensity)
10 Plank up downs
5 Rounds for time-no or minimal rest in between
As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes
20 Air Squats
10 Burpees (with pushup)
10 Arms overhead walking Lunges (5/ leg)
100 Air Squats
50 Lunges (25/leg)
1 minute plank
Each of these MetCons works the entire body and will have you burning calories all day! Try them all and see what your times are!
