Attention Nashville! Here is your friendly reminder, one of many to come, to mark your calendars for The Skinny and the Thick of Its first Fitness Soiree at Centennial Park Sunday, October 11 at 3:00 PM.
Burpees and Beer will be a FREE group workout for all fitness levels, provided by me and Lisa, followed by drinks and a Q & A session at Brewhouse in Midtown.
Beginners and those who have lost touch with their inner fitness self are strongly encourage to attend. We will demonstrate modifications and or variations for all exercise moves preformed; making sure everyone will be completely comfortable the moves and have correct form. So don’t let lack of experience stop you! And did I mention there would be beer?!
