This week Nashville enjoyed some nice weather so I decided to finish my workouts outside at the local park. I ran a mile 1/2 and walk/sprint a mile for a total of 2.5 miles. I finished my run with this great park circuit. Modify to fit your needs/goals and available equipment:

  • 10 Elevated pushups
  • 10/ Leg Park Bench Stepups
  • 10 Tricep Dips
  • AMRAP (as many reps as possible) Pullups

Repeat 4 times
