Weekend Warrior Workout: July 18, 2015

Summer is in full-swing, but before you hit the pool or take to the lake, take 20 minutes to fit in this fat-burning workout.

While this workout looks simple, it will be a challenge if you really push yourself, taking minimal rest and trying for as many rounds as possible. Use the plank exercise to refocus and mentally prepare to push hard and rock out the next round.
