Weekend Warrior Workout: July, 4 2015

Let freedom ring! Get your July 4th festivities started off right with this energizing weekend warrior workout. 

I wanted this workout to jump start your celebration and have your body buring calories throughout the day. With that said, it’s intense but stick with it and you will be glad you did! 

The only equipment required is a jump rope, if you do not have acess to a jump rope substitute side to side hops.
