Weekend Warrior Workout: June 6, 2015

This week Weekend Warrior Workout is slightly different than previous circuits. This one is more difficult but I know you are up for the challenge!


Reverse Lunge

Most Circuits are 4-6 exercises performed sequentially with a rest period in between, then repeated. Not today’s! We are doing 10 rounds without stopping. I know it sounds like a lot but once you are done, you will feel amazing and have knocked out your workout for the day.

Listen to your body, if you need a break then take a break, but try to push yourself. We are often capable of more than we think. Enlist a friend, husband, wife, sister, child etc to do it with you. Challenge each other for who can get the best time. Have Fun with it!
