Weekend Warrior Workout

The weekends are meant for friends, family and fun, and probably a few projects, but don’t let your fitness suffer. We will be providing you with equipment-free or minimal equipment workouts you can do in your living room or backyard to get your heart rate up and your metabolism revved in no time.


Here’s your quick workout to start the weekend off right!

Weekend Warrior Workout

50 air squats (for the advanced, try squat jumps or a combination of the two)

25 push-ups (on your knees or regular, depending on strength)

50 mountain climbers

50 walking lunges (25 each leg, for the advanced, try jumping lunges or a combination of the two)

*Repeat 2-3 times

I did this workout at 9 months pregnant (minus the mountain climbers because, well, #belly), so you can too! Be sure to post up and let us know when you have completed it!
