We’ve all seen them and we all secretly love them.

That group of select –special– individuals who do the most ridiculous “exercises” in the gym. Half gym-goer, half Spiderman…these individuals feel it is necessary to defy the laws of physics to get a good workout.

If you are one of them…please stop! Or at least you have REALLY good disability insurance. However, if you insist on putting on a show, we thank you for the comic relief you provide.

So in honor of these workout ninjas, I’ve compiled a video montage of some of the best (worst) exercises out there.

…and finally…please don’t be that girl!

So long story short. When in doubt – stick to the basics. You don’t need to be a flying wombat or a balance ball ninja to reach your fitness goals.
