New Year, Better You 500 Rep Challenge

What better way to start the New Year than with a challenge?? I am not going to lie; this will be hard and is meant to challenge you both physically and mentally. I promise once your complete this, you feel accomplished and perhaps a tad sore for a few days.

500 Rep Challenge

The challenge is meant to be performed at the beginning of your fitness journey or to jump start a stagnate routine.  It is timed and completed as fast as possible. This will be your baseline time and in 30 days you will repeat it and hopefully you will crush your beginning time.

 

The Challenge
50 Pushups
50 Toe Taps
50 Air Squats
50 Reverse Lunges
50 Deadlifts with Kettle Bell
50 Jumping Jacks
50 Tricep Dips
50 Side to Side Box Jumps
50 Mountain Climbers
50 Kettle Bell Twist

I have not completed a 500 Rep Challenge in quite some time so this will be interesting for all of us! Remember modify when needed. Ok here goes!

Whoo! And done! So my time was 8.25 and if you can tell in the crazy time lapse video, I only used my kettle bell, a step stool and a coffee table for my dips. No kettle bell? A medicine ball will do the trick. No medicine ball? And weighted object; milk jug, can of peas, small puppy etc.

Now 30 days from today, let’s say Feb 3rd, I will complete this same challenge and see if I can beat 8.25. What’s your time?
